Danyil Skriabyshev

developer & entrepreneur

about

Hi, my name is Danyil and you've landed on my slice of the internet! I'm 20, and in the past 7 years I fell in love with development through 3 companies I founded, an urge to make something of myself, and a lot of lessons and friends.

I currently work as a developer, run my companies, and study Computer Science. In my free time I like meeting new people and learning about their experiences!

Below you will find a little bit about what I do, and some blog posts that help me get my thoughts out.

companies

  • Season Solutions

I created Season Solutions mid-way through my development journey, and it was a step into the world of entrepreneurship. Previously, I had learned a bit of code and done a few side hustles here and there, but forming my first company made it feel like my dreams were starting to become a reality.

I operate this company as a B2B SaaS (which feels cliche nowadays), and I serve the retail arbitrage niche, as well as mobile development of many Swift apps that have reached the top 100 charts. If you are wondering, the inspiration for the name came from everyone adding "szn" to the end of their usernames on different social platforms, which I thought sounded cool!

  • Clarity Strategies

I made this company with one of my close friends after we got in a rhythm of making cool consumer applications to save users money on food. Everything from applications that monitor discount outlets for new deals, to notification systems built in GoLang that quickly send promotions to our user's accounts.

We helped the average consumer bring their monthly grocery bill down by a few hundred bucks every month. After this mini-venture we transformed more into a consulting company due to clients requesting work that wasn't related to food deals.

  • Lumera Logistics

Lumera was originally an electronics wholesale business, which I, along with my business partners transformed through the use of software. We use Lumera to buy electronics and wholesale them to other big retailers, and I noticed that a lot of our workflows could be optimized by making software systems to process everything quicker.

We went on a journey of making a website for our internal team to be able to scan products in quicker, keep track of deliveries better, and schedule product drop-offs more efficiently. It was quite the buildout, but now we operate at a higher capacity, with more efficiency.

This company taught me a lot about why workflows are critical, and spotting trends on what can be improved. Check out the website below!
